How's that new reservation system working for you?

Our legal eagle wanted us to start a new blog where we can discuss how good/BAD the new reservation system is. The one time I used it I found it to be rather hard to figure out. I tried to go back and change the number of people in my party and could never make that happen. It kept telling me that if I went back it would delete my work. That would be fine, but when I tried to make a new reservation it said I already had one on that date. As I said, I finally gave up and went with my original number. What has everyone else encountered while using this "marvelous" new system?

Very cumbersome and if you aren't used to navigating on the web, a phone call would probably be requred.  Then, you are asked to give someone sitting in the reservation office your credit card information.  From a compliance standpoint with credit card merchant services providers, I would like to know how/where personal credit card information is stored at Sugarlands....

Took me half a dang day and two phone calls to the backcountry office to get my permit.  According to Pam, they had a "few glitches" in the system.  That dog wasn't ready to hunt.  Just wait until the AT thru hikers pile on.
